The composition of an Electroplating & surface treatment bath requires constant monitoring. The system of sensors, controllers and metering pumps allows to make-up the basic composition of the bath if necessary. The system is fully automatic, sensors determine the concentration of chemicals on the basis of conductivity (TDS) or pH value, and consequently controllers process the data and start the metering pumps that dose a proper quantity of chemical agents.
